UK Return Policy
At Erblis UK, we understand that sometimes a purchase doesn’t work out. You have 14 days from receiving your items to initiate a return. Items must be unworn, with labels still attached. Please note that underwear and bras are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons. To start your return, visit our online return portal and enter your WEBORDER number. We offer a paperless return process for your convenience and sustainability. Once we receive and process your return, we will issue a refund for the purchase price, including sale items.
UAE Return Policy
Erblis UAE values your satisfaction. If you wish to return your purchase, you have seven days from the date of receipt. The items must be unworn and have all labels attached. Please note that due to hygiene concerns, underwear and bras are not returnable. Initiate your return through our online portal using your WEBORDER number. Our returns are paperless, aligning with our commitment to sustainability. Upon receiving and processing your return, we will promptly refund the purchase price.
Pakistan Return Policy
At Erblis Pakistan, we encourage our customers to review our size chart carefully before purchasing, as we maintain a strict no-return policy on underwear and bras for hygiene reasons. For other items, returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt, provided they are unworn and with original labels. To return, please use our online portal and enter your WEBORDER number. Our process is paperless, reflecting our commitment to the environment. After we receive and process your return, a refund will be issued for the item's purchase price.
