UNITED ARAB EMIRATES & PAKISTAN

• Express Delivery: Free for all orders

REST OF THE WORLD

• Express Delivery
  • Estimated Delivery: 1-7 Working Days
  • Cost: Free for orders over £100

Additional Information:

• Delivery times are subject to our service provider.
• For UK deliveries, we use the Royal Mail 48 Tracked for Standard and Royal Mail 24 Tracked for Express.
• Orders must be placed before 4pm UK time for same-day processing in the UK. For Rest of the World, orders must be placed before 2pm UK time Monday - Friday.
• Delays may occur during bank holidays and peak periods like Black Friday.
• International deliveries may be subject to additional import fees.
• Due to COVID-19, unexpected delays may occur.

Processing Time

• Orders may take up to 2 business days to process.
• Shipping via USPS, EVRI, or ROYAL MAIL, depending on the destination.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable for refused shipments.

Delivery Claims

• Report non-delivery or tracking discrepancies within 24 hours.
• Claims can take up to 30 days to complete.
• We are not liable for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Reserved Rights Regarding Shipping

• We may require a common shipping and billing address for order processing.
• We reserve the right to limit, refuse, or cancel orders due to irregular return histories or potential fraudulent activity.
