Pakistani bra labels use two systems side by side. The UK/US system uses inch bands with letter cups (34B, 36C). The EU system uses numeric bands (70, 75, 80, 85, 90) with letter cups. Many Pakistani labels print both, which is why you see sizes written as 38/85 or 40/90. To convert: 32=70, 34=75, 36=80, 38=85, 40=90, 42=95.
So 75B is the same bra as 34B. 80B is the same as 36B. A label reading 40/90 is a UK 40 band and an EU 90 band — one size, printed twice.

What is 75B in Pakistani sizing?
75B is a UK and US 34B. The 75 is the EU band number for a 34 band; the B cup is the same in all three systems.
What is 80B?
80B is a UK and US 36B. If a label reads 36/80B, that is the same bra marked in both systems.
What does 38/85 mean?
It is a single band size printed twice — UK 38, EU 85. The cup letter follows it. So 38/85C is a 38C.
What does 40/90 mean?
UK 40 band, EU 90 band — the same size. Likewise 42/95 is a UK 42.
What is 36D in Pakistan?
36D is 80D in numeric sizing. The band converts; the cup letter does not change at D or below.
How do you measure your bra size at home?
Two measurements, both in inches, wearing a non-padded bra:
- Band: measure snugly around your ribcage directly under the bust. Round to the nearest even number — that is your UK band. Find its numeric equivalent in the first table.
- Bust: measure loosely across the fullest part.
- Cup: subtract the band from the bust. Each inch of difference is one cup letter — 1 inch is an A, 2 a B, 3 a C, 4 a D, 5 a DD.
Example: a 32-inch underbust and a 35-inch bust gives a 34 band with a 3-inch difference — a 34C, which is 75C in numeric sizing.

What is the most common bra size in Pakistan?
There is no reliable published survey, and we would rather say so than quote a number we cannot support. What can be observed is what retailers stock: Pakistani brands concentrate their ranges around 32–38 bands (70–85) in B, C and D cups, which tells you where most demand sits.
That is a market observation, not your size. Measure rather than assume — most women are wearing the wrong size, and the band is usually the part that is wrong.
Why does your size differ between brands?
Three reasons, and none of them mean you measured wrong:
- Cup letters diverge above D. A UK DD, a US E and an EU E are not labelled alike, so the same body takes different letters in different systems.
- Brands cut differently. Two bras marked 34C from different makers can fit noticeably differently.

What if your size is not stocked?
Use a sister size — the same cup volume on a different band. Go down a band and up a cup, or up a band and down a cup: a 34C is a sister size to 32D and 36B.
